Yet Another New Character Model Part II

Here’s closeup render of this new model i just finished - There’s no post processing except color correction… I’ve tried to make everything light and fast rendering so that it’s not a hassle to render / alter / or do something else. I’ll add some comments later…

Hi all,

Had some free time so it had to be used…

Here’s something new - A new bit more unrealistic type of character i’ve spent last 4 nights - I modeled a new head and used old body + modified it. I also created new texture maps for head and a new hair setup too, and adjustments to hair, skin and eye shaders.

Something - A Character Study

Hi all…

I had to waste a few moments with this character test as I wanted to do some more testing with this character, this time with bit more lighting setup, with about 10 spots and radiosity. I also adjusted hair shading a bit… Post processing (color correction only) was made Adobe Photoshop.

I’ve also been working on a few other things for last few evenings, so I’ll post a few images sometime soon…

Something - A Character Study

Hi all,
Here’s something I made during a last few days and finished last night - Nothing special, rendered in 3dsmax, a few spot lights and radiosity. I tried to work on hair shading and also did again a few cloth simulation tests… Below you’ll find render from another camera angle.

Giant - Zbrush Character / Anatomy Study

I thought to have another session on few month’s old giant character sketch - I loaded it to Zbrush and started re-shaping it and fine tuning details… Here’s the result so far.

Object is rendered in max as geometry and illuminated with a skylight and few spots. There’s no radiosity or other more advanced lighting in this render.

Zbrush Character - Old Man’s Head

Another one in Zbrush character studies - This time an old man’s head. Wrinkles are all geometry, no bump mapping this time. Color map was also painted in zbrush and image was also rendered in Zbrush.
